We welcome scholarship candidates from all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and life experiences for our scholarship pool. Through this scholarship, we want to ensure that all candidates have access to our Youth Climate and Health Summit, and we do not want the cost to serve as a barrier to this enriching experience. We recognize the disproportionate impact of climate change and the pandemic on Black, Indigenous, and communities of color, and we believe that communities most impacted should be integral to the examination and problem solving of current health issues. We encourage applications from those who hold these identities as well as individuals who would be the first generation in their family to attend college.
